I have been trying to use Teams to organize some workflows that don't do so well in Sharepoint. I am trying to create a new team. I follow all the lovely directions on Microsoft's site, but they all lead to one problem: when I click "Join a Team" (used to be called "Add Team"), there is no tile to Add New Team or Create a Team.
